Heh I'm sort of natural, not that natural though. A lot of people here will be envious of you. You are lucky... |

I am a natural at this and I literally have never understood of not knowing that I was dreaming. It confuses me the other way around. I for awhile stopped messing around with my dreams cause I was too exhausted when I was awake. Well now I am back into using my dreams more for helping me through some difficult personal times. I am really looking for anyone to connect with that is a natural as I a, furstrated I have no one to share these feelings and interest with. |

Thanks for responding! So why do you feel you are more on the natural side? I do feel very fortunate to have this dreaming as part of me. I do have precognitive dreams as well. You think someone with this insight would do better in relationships...as I have had two very bad ones. I want to start using this skill to help me better with relationship judgment and protecting my feeling. I am extremely sensitive. |

Ahh my cousin is exactly like you. Personally I was at about 10% lucid when coming here in 2006, then worked my way up to 30% in a couple months. I'm not really a natural but I guess you could call me a fast learner? I'm not really sure why you would need a natural to connect with. It seems as long as they become lucid quite often through standard DILDs they can connect with you? |

That is neat. I am just sick of being called a freck for how I am. |

I know what you mean for the most part...when I was a kid I would tell my mom all about the dreams I had the night before and telling her how I would fight off monsters and fly. When I would go to ask her about her dreams, and what she would do she would always say that she never has such vivid dreams and that she never did anything like I did. I could never understand that. Even throughout school I would annoy my friends by going on and on about my dreams. And I would always be puzzled when they said that they never flew or had super strength...I would always say "It's easy just do it and believe you can." It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I found out I was considered a Lucid Dreamer. Throughout my LD's I've done a ton of stuff from controlling weather, to flying, to fighting off hordes of zombies...so I consider myself a natural but not an expert. Welcome and enjoy connecting with others as I have! |

I've always lucid dreamed, but not as much as you. I have lucids on average 2 times a week, without any kind of techniques or anything. |

So what do you mean by your sensitivity. I am to light, colors, and emotions..my own and other people's. I hate getting into arguments at all cause I really get depressed in five seconds but the good feels great. I hate being called over sensitive like it is a bad term! I think this is a main reason I am good at my dreams and while do enjoy it so much. |

Yeah I never had to train myself to get there. I do want to work on making better use of them from a psychological stand point than just having fun. Lucid dreaming by waggoner is a must read for anyone trying to make more sense than just having fun in dreams. |

If you do not mind me asking hprib012 howl old are you? I am 23 and have figured out I was LD since I was 12. I had a hard time getting acess to further understanding cause of my families religious background. It was hard to deal with not only feeling like a freck but also like my ability was evil. I am still sometimes getting over the fact that I am not evil for my dreaming...it just was so engrained in me. |

Hi..nice to meet you. Well, I'm one of the 'weird' LDers here: I LD effortlessly every night and wake up tired. |

Goals:
1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!
I am sensitive to sound, light, and emotions. Particularly in the morning. |

Does anyone try ask dream characters about their life or reaility? |

Sorry I haven't responded till now, I don't have internet at home currently so I can only check this at work. Well, I am 20 and I've had vivid dreams all my life and have had lucid dreams since I was about 6ish. Though like a lot of people here I didn't know it was "lucid dreaming" and my ability to control it was more random back then. I actually found my original methods of lucid dreaming unconventional, at least to the methods expressed here. Mainly my ideas about my dreams back then could be summed up in a simple statement of "whatever I wished for happened." |
