It's very good that you're good in remembering your dreams as it's one of the main keys to lucidity. I would recommend that first you start a dream journal if you don't already have one. Keeping a dream journal already helps to attain lucidity.

The best method to start with is propably reality checking. When you're awake, do a reality check every now and then to see whether you're dreaming or not. If you do a lot of them, you will most likely remember to do one when dreaming. In my opinion the best reality check is pinching your nose and trying to breath through it. In dream you should be able to breath.
