Question about dreaming

I always wanted to know. What is happening while you dream. Is that truth your brain uses higher capacity than in every day use ? Reason why i think it is becouse in dreams most people remeber various details that you cant remeber in real life. For example your remeber more details of people it is easy to imagine face in dreaming that in real life. Thats why when you dream you think you are in real life cause its...real looks easyer to imagine more details it is like a bio computer in your head. Is that true ? I am new to all this but if i am right i want to combinate both of this dreaming and real life thinking. Thats why i downloaded that journal program so i can write down and remeber my dreams and trying undestanding it.

In a dream, your mind is creating an entire world all on its own. It really is amazing when you think about it.

Its like making a video game without bothering to program. Its like your mind programs, you create and play at the same time. Pretty insane. To answer your question, only 30% of your brain is used in daily life. I personally think the other 70% is used when you sleep.

Thats what i think too in fact i think we use only 25% and other parts are just relaxing in sleep i think you use about 50% but if we would use 100% that we can movv objects just by looking at them and do you think its possible to put your sleaping state into real life state if yes than we can do anything we want arent we ?
