Thanks and I'll keep that in mind ^^

I really hope that you can use LDing to overcome depression. If you ever are feeling sad, or just want to talk, send me a private message.

There are much more silly reasons to start LDing. Many people start just to have sex with famous people.

Congratulations on having a lucid dream so soon. Keep working on DILD and you will have many more. You can control and do almost anything in dreams, it just takes some practice. Keep working at it and you will never have lucid nightmares.

I look forward to seeing you around the forums
Thanks
Yeah, lucid nightmares are really frightening, because they seem so real. And you know you have control over what happens in your dreams, but no matter what I tried, it didn't help. I even begged myself to wake up, but I didn't. I felt so helpless. Then I got shot and it really really hurt. That was what scared me the most; that I could feel such pain in a lucid dream.
But now it's 6 years later, so I'm not that easily scared anymore, I guess. (I hope) Nightmares are just dreams anyway. No matter how scary or painful it is, when you wake up, it's over. With that in mind, I'm sure I can overcome my fear

I hope so too. I truly believe that it could work. And if not, at least it's worth trying. And thank you for the offer ^^ I'll do that.

haha, well, sex might be on my list of things too once I've worked through my problems ^^' but not with a famous person XD just someone I like but have no chance with.

Thanks. It's more than a week ago though and I haven't had another one. That is slightly disappointing, but I'll keep trying.
