Hey Guys, What's Up?
My name is Josh, I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a few years now, ever since I saw the movie Waking Life and i came across this forum about a week and a half ago and have been studying the techniques and advice here. I've had two accidental Lucid's in my life (that I can remember anyway), one when I was 10 and had been suffering from a string of nightmares and in one of my nightmares a ghost had come out, saw I was terrified and explained to me that if I ever wanted to leave a dream all I had to do was squeeze my eyes shut really hard and quickly open them and its worked like my entire life.
And the second was a year or 2 ago, I had a DILD for about 4 seconds lol, and panicked once I realized I was dreaming and ended up getting ejecting from the dream.
But Last night I had my first intentional lucid, and I did it using the WILD technique and it was honestly one of the coolest things I've ever experienced. It was the most vivid and clear dream I've ever had, and using all of the stuff I learned on this site I had the dream last about 6 or 7 minutes, and was able to perform a successful summoning.

What up, Josh!!!!!! nice job. i've never been able to get WILD to work, so kudos to you! you sound like a natural!
