      Hello All

      Hello i just found this site and just got interested in lucid dreaming, i have the hemi sync course on lucid dreaming.

      I just started doing it, is it worth it or should i just follow some of the guides on this site?

      Hey, welcome to Dreamviews I don't know about your guide, but it might help to check out some of the Dreamviews guides as well. If you're just starting out, you could experiment with different techniques to see which one works best for you.
