      Sleeping cycles: constant changes

Hey, for some time I want to get back to Ld's (the only 4 days I practiced I had 2 lds, but like months ago), but now I got this issue:

      - 3 nights I might have to work till 4 am
      - 2 nights after probalbly have to work up starting at 6am

Basicly, my works shifts are random and I was wondering if there's any good tips about timing your cycles, because if today my first cycle ends at 3:30am, tomorrow the first one probably starts at 5am. And I never know If I'm gonna sleep 5/6 hours or 9/12. Can't get the special mobile alarm that doesn't require turning it off, and I don't feel like drinking loads of water gonna help

Also, should I go for WBTB/WILD or stick with ADA/MILD (which are the ones I'm used to)? I'm very commited but I'm worried about false awakenings with WILD, never know when I should try to move

      Have a good week

I wouldn't worry too much about it. REM rebound will happen if you sleep too little, and make sure you have slept 4½ or 6 hours before doing your WBTB. You can do a WBTB and do MILD at the same time, that's what I do and it works great. Good luck!

I was really motivated, spent loads of time reading/doing RC's during those 4 days, but still pretty much a begginner

Thanks Matte87, I'll focus on those two, guess I shouldn't worry so much about the schedules aslong I sleep those hours

      Good lds ppl!
