Ok, so I've been trying to master dream recall and have come up with a bit of a problem. What I have been doing during the day (when it randomly occurs to me) to do reality checks or doing an awareness moment. I also have been telling myself I do remember my dreams quite often. What I am finding difficult is I tend to start massively fidgeting and it is only a bit afterwards that I try to recall my dreams but by then they've become to be swept away and Im left with only fragments. Does anyone have any suggestions for remembering to try to remember your dreams the moment you wake up?
