I tried that Alarm method and it worked. I couldnt believe it, it actually worked. I actually remembered a lot of my dream. I wasnt able to control it or recognize I was dreaming, but when I woke, I knew I had remembered my dream. Should I try this every night to practice? I still dont see how I can recognize that Im actually in one and control it, but we will see. Thanks for that method, actually worked lol.
