Hello, I have recently taken a huge interest in Lucid Dreaming. I have been reading about the techniques for a couple of months and have been building up a Dream Journal. I believe that the MiLD or WiLD techniques are a bit to advanced for my skills at this stage. I have been looking into Wake Back to Bed (WBtB) and Cycle Adjustment Technique (CaT). Could someone recommend which one in your experience has been easier? |
