      Jump start

I am new to lucid dreaming, and tonight, I am planning to either wild or dild.
I learn very fast, because I always jumpstart myself, and start with things past a beginner level. This always has excellent results.

Well, anyways, is wilding a good idea? Or would dild be a better choice?
      All help Is appreciated.

      Welcome!

I recommend picking one that would best fit you and your lifestyle. Which one appeals to you more? They are both great techniques, and I dont think there is a better one, but I can tell you more beginner's have had success with DILD. Anyway...good luck!

I guess wild seems more efficient, because I can do 1 every single night

      Welcome to Dreamviews

and yes, wild may seem more efficient, but it's very difficult for most people, especially beginners.
It takes a lot of practice, time and effort.
I recommend you start trying MILD.

Yes, MILD is also a great technique you can use. If you are interested, you should check out Naiya's MILD Technique. It is very helpful.

It sounds like you were experiencing HI, and almost in a dream! Good job! You were really close! You could have been too excited. Just stay relaxed, and let the HI surround you and form a dream.

Don't fall to the illusion. There is no failure, only learning experiences.
