New and need some questions answered...

Anyways you guys could just call me Royal. Haha Anyways I just made an account for Dreamviews and I know all the techniques about Lucid Dreaming and stuff from pass knowledge but I never really had a lucid dream. So here are my questions. 1) I have terrible dream recall. I remember about 1 or 2 dreams an week.. I have a dream journal that is currently empty since I just got it. Is there any other exercises to increase my recall? 2) I usually dream in 3rd person. How am I suppose to do reality checks if I have no arms. >...> Also I can only think not actually say something to the people see. Is there a way to get me to dream in 1st person? 3) Do you guys know any places where I can download mediation and induction sounds and music for my mp3? You don't need to answer all or any if you don't want to. I know already it will take me a long time to have a lucid dream but i got all the time in the world. If it matters I'm 13 years old and my sign is Leo. Feel free to add me as your friend.
