I really need help...either I haven't dreams for a long time or I can't remember my dreams...how can I induce dreams or remember them? I sleep very little...is that a problem? Like, at lucid dreaming, I'm professional, if I do say so myself...my first lucid dream I was 8 and I could fly and materialize anything with ease...on my first dream too! But I often have false awakenings. I seriously need help inducing or remembering dreams...please help!!!!! |

It a major factor that sleep deprivation. You should dream more hours. If you sleep few hours, you cannot pass through the biggest REM period...in that period you remember most of your dreams. And relax...sooner or later your dream recall will be back |

WTF are you talking about, Leo?! That's just nonsense in my opinion. |

Don't think about those damn kangaroos.
Yep, I'd bet on sleep deprivation too. I'm not totally sure what you're talking about Leo, but as far as I'm aware it's a safe bet to assume that our dreams are not sentient beings. I haven't seen one jump out of my head and force me to run after it (while attempting to swat it with a large tennis bat). |
