      Lucid dream error from bad recall? Is there a way to stop it???

      Last night I had my first Lucid dream on purpose . I knew I was dreaming, I could control it, but it was not realistic. I couldn't hear, feel, smell, or taste anything in it. It was more like watching a silent movie. Was this called by my terrible recall? All my dreams are like this and I want to stop it.
