Alright, I have posted in this forum before, but I feel I need more help. I don't get much sleep. I wake up early and get to bed later than I should. How can I improve my chances of having a LD that's not a WILD, or doesn't involve disturbing my sleep? |

Afternoon naps definitely give you the best REM, and I've had most of my LD's from those types of naps. When attempting to go through it that way, your best bet is to become accustomed to always doing reality checks so next time you dream in a nap, you'll do one and realize you're dreaming. |

I have tried many, many times to WILD and I can't seem to get to the hypnog- images thing. Sorry I don't know that word. I just had my second LD though, using the SAT. |
