      Wink Granberg is here :)

      Hello fellow Dreamers
I'm Granberg, I just registered to this forum, because I'm very interested in Lucid Dreaming and it is my goal to achieve at least one Lucid Dream.
Here's a little information about me
I'm a boy who lives in Denmark, I just turned 17, like yesterday :3
I'm going to school from 8am to 3pm everyday and then I come home, I almost always sleeps that is why I want to learn to Lucid Dream.
Feel free to PM me if you want to ask me something I always answers.
PS. I would love some tips on what to start out with

      Hi Granberg, welcome to DV!
To improve your dream recall you should start a Dream Journal, which is a journal where you'll write all your dreams upon waking up.
You should also check this page to read about the induction techniques and choose the one that looks best for you. The DILD and the MILD are usually best for begginers because they're the easiest and they're effortless.
You should also take a look at the WBTB tutorial, because it will increase your changes of getting lucid and recalling your dreams.

      You'll like it around here!

Welcome Granberg! First, I would definitely recommend that you poke around the forums and get a feel for the info that is here. There are tons of guides for lucid dreaming in general as well as all the different types of induction methods (WILD, DEILD, DILD, MILD, etc.). You definitely will have to work on your dream recall (afterall, what good is a lucid dream if you don't remember it?), but simply exploring the information on this site, thinking about lucid dreaming, reading about other people's experiences, etc., should help. This will slowly give dreams and dreaming a higher priority in your subconscious, which will increase your chances of remembering dreams and also becoming lucid.

Everyone here is pretty helpful, so don't hesitate to ask questions. But definitely I would check out the Dream Views Academy forums for beginner guides and guides on dream recall. Feel free to message me if you like (or any of the moderators, they are always happy to help).

      Good Luck!

Hello Granberg, here is my tips post:

I advise you try this structure
This is in the order that I think is best done!
Start Dream Journal (Improve Recall) > Reality Check in the day + All Day Awareness > DILD > Mantra before bed > MILD > stay still when you wake up > DEILD.
      Tutorials below.

Acronym List - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views (This is what all the abbreviations mean)
