I have somewhat good recall. In summer break a couple of weeks ago i have had about 3 to 4 dreams a night, but now since school has started i am down to 1 to 2. But, on a good note I think all of my hard work might be showing through. Last night i almost had a WILD :O(or a WBTB or DEILD don't know what it specifically was since i just usually try to have DILDs). So I woke up in the middle of the night and tried keeping my eyes closed, I opened them at first but quickly closed them and tried to not move. I emptied my mind and felt a rush and many vibrations go through my body. It was weird, I think I got scared though and shook out of it, lol. Guess i just need to keep working
Also I really like Puffin's Sporadic Awareness Technique. It makes the most sense to me. I also just find it fun challenging myself to be aware of everything at the same time. I like the sporadic techinique just because ADA seems to overwhelming to do all day.
