You can dream for weeks in one dream. It is very hard to do and mainly happens be chance. I had a dream that lasted 2 hours. I am unlucky sometime. I sometimes dream about an hours worth of dreaming in a night on average. That is a sad night. |

I was just wondering.. is Time a factor in lucid dreams (or regular dreams)? Like, could you spend days in the mountains in a lucid dream during one night, or is it aligned? I guess time in your dreams is distorted to however you want it.. |

So many variables, so little knowledge.
Time doesn't have much impact in dreams. Just think of the times you may have fallen asleep and had a long half-hour dream, but when you wake up only two minutes has passed. It's my theory that since the mind doesn't have any external stimulus to process, it's free to work at the speed it wants to. I haven't had enough LDs to play around with time-dialation but some people around here have. |
