You realise your dream signs (aka recurring themes) when you keep a dream journal and give it a read through.
I find a good way of discovering dream signs is keeping a dream journal on DV, and then putting parts of the dream that stand out in the tags section, then you can see what comes up the most when viewing your entire dream journals.

Plainly said, you might not have any reoccuring themes. Most people do, so Archs tip is definitely worth a try, but nevertheless if you don't find anything you might not have anything (yet, that can change). The only reoccuring theme in my dreams are swimming baths, and I'm about to say WAS because the last time was several weeks ago, then again sometimes it has been months between these types of dreams. Also upon finding something you might keep in mind that something that reoccurs a few times might not necesserily be an reoccuring theme as it might be a temporal thing (such a temporal thing are currently C&C harvesters for me, for whatever reason).

Some dream signs that show up for me are produt of residual (effect? don't know the exact word here). Meaning for example if the big focus of your day is work, with all the worries and action happening, when when you try to recall your day, your work is the first thing that pops into your mind, you have good chances of dreaming several times with that scenario. At least it happens loads of times for me

To be honest the only thing close to them I've ever found is an ex-friend that will show up in dreams from time to time. Maybe there's something more I'm missing but I don't have any recurring themes. In my opinion there not that important, you need to train your self to sporadically question your reality. Feel free PM me if you have any more questions I have a decent amount of experience.

Yea the only times I have recurring themes in dreams is when I do something unusual every day for about a week in waking life. Then whatever that thing was will show up in my dreams for about a week then go away even if I continue to do it in waking life, but other than that the closest thing to recurring themes are locations like me being at school since I go there nearly every day.
Sometimes I actually dream that something is recurring but when I wake up I realize it was the first time I've ever experienced it. Happens very often.

Do you mean in lucid dreams, or dream signs in normal dreams?
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Ya meant to say normal dreams, i have had 3 lucids so far, first wws completly random, the other 2 something wierd happened while playing videogames so i though it wasnt real, i have pritty good dream recall, but i dont really understand the concepts of entering lucidity besides the WBTB where you wake up for like 30 seconds and go right back to sleep to entrr a lucid directly
