Hello im new

Hello everyone im new here and just wanted to introduce myself. My names ryan and i really want to be good at lucid dreaming. I have had at least 3 LDs that i can remember last month i just can never keep them going. so i am eager to learn to keep them under control. the 3 are all DILD because the dream involves zombies. whenever i have a dream about zombies i always realize im dreaming. so i want to learn different induction methods as well. thanks for reading!

Thanks for the help everyone. i will try MILD tonight hopefully with some results. And when i dream of zombies it never a nightmare its just like zombie killing in the woods. always the same recurring dream (weird i guess to much left 4 dead haha.) And has anyone ever taken that night time Tylenol stuff before bed? i couldn't recall a single dream i had last night does that have something to do with it cause i normally have pretty good recall

Welcome ^_^ Congrats on the previous LDs, if you say you usually become lucid in zombie dreams, you should maybe try Dream Incubation? on Zombies or becoming lucid in general, that should be helpful anywho, this is a great site i recommend you read the wiki here, and ask questions ^_^ feel free to PM me!

Glad someone suggested MILD, it worked extremely well for me too (not to mention quickly!). Took a break from LDing right after I got started, due to life, but now plowing back in. Welcome Ryan, glad you're on this beautiful journey. As fOrceez said, you must be genuinely persistent in whatever technique you use. I regret not staying persistent after I had success.
