I think I had my first lucid!

I was having a dream that I was hanging out with this girl, and there was a guy who was making out with her and stuff, which was pissing me off because I was with her! Anyway, it got to a point where he took her to a bench and was getting on top of her, and I went over and pushed him away, and started carrying her over to where my brother and I were sitting down. Then, he came over and started getting in my face. I guess because it was kind of scary, I half-way woke up and was telling myself in my thoughts that I was dreaming. I went right back into the dream and my stomach felt like it had gone all the way down to my ass. Extremely white screen and that. Went back in and it felt more realistic, almost. Then after that I had a false awakening in which I was explaining to my mom about the dream I just had. EDIT: Just remembered: I was half-way awake, and my body was still in sleep paralysis. When I went back into the dream, now lucid, I remember moving my body, and then had the false awakening.

my stomach felt like it had gone all the way down to my ass. Extremely white screen and that. Not sure at all what this means. Were you aware it was a dream at any point while dreaming? If you were then you were lucid. If not then you weren't. Just being more realistic doesn't mean it was lucid. It sounds like when you told yourself you were dreaming was while you were awake?

Ok, but I'm not sure I'm convinced you were really lucid. The fact that your title says you "think" it was your first lucid and that you don't sound really sure about it. When it happens. there's no doubt about it. In fact you'll be overwhelmed with excitement and joy that still fills you when you wake up and lasts well into the day. Possibly you dreamed you were lucid? This is very common just before someone experiences their first lucid dream. idk though, maybe you were...

Actually, in my first lucid dream, I just carried on with what I was doing... yeah I was a little surprised, but the excitement and joy only came to me after the dream was over. Extremador, I think you should change your LD count to 1
