      Taking Pyridoxin (vitamin b6)

      Hello!
I am 18 years old boy and I am only about 45kg weight. How much vitamin b6 should I take before sleep to safely improve my dream recall, make my dreams more clear, logical and vivid and possibly improve my LDing?
Is there any risk, that when I stop taking Pyrodoxin, my dream recall, dreams generally and LDing will be worse than before starting taking it?
Should I take it regularly? Or should I try it for example only 2 times a week and compare the dreams after taking it to the dream without it? If I take the tablet on Monday evening, will it affect the night from Tuesday to Wednesday too?
      Thx for your answers!

      Wow your light!
I take 100mg at a time, and it's fine to take 200mg, it's proven that you can take up to 500mg safely although I wouldn't recommend it (that's major over kill).

Yup Vitamin B6 is proven to increase dream recall, but remember it's an aid, it won't do all the work for you. And it's completely safe in reasonable doses.

I don't think it has any side affects, I would expect it to return to normal, although I've heard from alot of people it doesn't do much in the first place.

This varies of what people think, you can take it everyday (100-200mg) safely, but you will become more resistant, if you wait 3 or 4 days after each intake, then it will likely to be all out of your body by then. Yes it will affect the following nights as it remains in your system for a few days, but will decrease in value.

      Good luck!

Thank you for your detailed answer.
Isn't 100mg too much (and too expensive)? I read that GDA is 2mg or even less. Do you think 20mg (1 tablet of Pyrodoxil, Generica) will help noticeably?

      I have a bottle of 100, 100mg tablets, it wasn't expensive.
I only take one (if i even take any), that is safe, taking too much b6/too frequently, does have really bad side effects.
When taking it, do not take too much, and don't take it too often, for one it will lose its effect, and two, it's not very healthy to do.
