That's very interesting. I've just started though, so I'll test it out if I ever get a dry spell ^_^ |

So I have been trying to lucid dream now for about three months and only successfully had one lucid dream. After a while I was feeling quite tired of trying to do all of my day time prep for a lucid dream so I decided to take a weeks break. During this one week I had many experiences where I was close to lucid dreaming. For instance I realised something was up in one of my dreams so I checked my hand. although nothing happened I felt the same as I had in the only lucid I've actually had. |

Taking a break from something you do regularly always will help to rid you of bad habits that have formed. |

This is very common for people to do, it shows what the stress of lucid dreaming is like n_n |

yeap i find if i take i couple of days break on my ld practices i get a massive refresh, i find also on the nights im taking a break( not trying to wild, holding off on rc's,not beeing so intend on practicing mindfulness and awareness and just all round chilling ) i generally will have a lucid any way, breaks are definitely are needed, if your being to hard on your self to ld it wont happen |
