Thread: Access your Subconcious

There is always something that I've wondered about Lucid Dreaming. I've heard that you could manifest your subconscious and talk to it.

Now I've been intrigued about this since I've heard about it but, my question is: Are you really accessing your subconscious when its manifested in your dream?

I've not LD'd yet, as I wish to try this for myself but... Has anyone else ever talked to their subconscious? What exactly can you ask? I feel if I asked something/someone in a LD, I'd get the answer I'd expect, being as its a projection of my mind. Sorry for such a strange question!

Have you ever had a dream where you've gone somewhere or met someone completely random? I'm pretty sure all this creation is from your subconscious. And for Dream Guides, you have no idea what they will reply to your questions with. I'm guessing this means that your subconscious is directing the conversation.

Your dreams ARE your subconscious n_n you can ask anything you want. Try it!

I always wanted to do this, never got the chance in any of my lucid dreams because I was excited to do something fun.

I sure hope so cuz its something i really want to do, more so than learning new powers at the moment because I want to find out more about myself and why I behave the way i do in waking life, and also would like to try and tell my subconscious to throw away some of the negative beliefs I have harbored over the last few years.
