      Can medetation be used to help LDing

      Is there any way you can you meditation for lucid dreaming?
      Ways of helping or inductions or anything?

      I'm surprised you need to ask this question! Meditation in it's very nature and it's ability to reduce stress, anxiety and introduce a calm and positive state of mind increases not only your recall, but also your chances of lucid dreaming. Meditation can also be used to focus strongly on your intent to lucid dream, incubate a dream, meditate on a mantra and many other ways which benefit inductions. Meditation is also a large part of the WILD process - in that you have to allow your body to go to sleep and quiet your mind to allow the transition to happen.

      Meditation is really one of the most helpful toold you have for LDing!

      When do you do it to help with lucid dreaming?
      At night before bed?

      And how can it be a wild because in meditation you have to not think, but in wild you have to try and keep thinking???

      Meditate any time to help with lucid dreaming! Any and all meditation will help you in your lucid dreaming practices because of it's mental benefits During the day, an hour or so before bed, whenever.

      And the point of a WILD is not to keep thinking - but to retain consciousness, the same as in meditation. It is quieting your mind so that you are not thinking - but you keep your consciousness and awareness and remain awake until you transition into the dream
