Meditation in it's very nature and it's ability to reduce stress, anxiety and introduce a calm and positive state of mind increases not only your recall, but also your chances of lucid dreaming. Meditation can also be used to focus strongly on your intent to lucid dream, incubate a dream, meditate on a mantra and many other ways which benefit inductions. Meditation is also a large part of the WILD process - in that you have to allow your body to go to sleep and quiet your mind to allow the transition to happen.
Meditation is really one of the most helpful toold you have for LDing!
