Hey everyone,

I had the weirdest experience today while trying to WILD during an afternoon nap and I had a few questions since I couldn't find an answer to this.

So, here's how it goes. I did everything as I normally would, however I fell asleep the first time I tried. When I woke up I tried again, and this is what happened. I kept my eye's closed, relaxed, etc, and I got the SP kicking in. Soon after I opened my eyes I started hearing music and everything looked blurry, so when I saw this I was already assuming I was dreaming and that the WILD worked.

I then noticed that on the bottom left of my vision there was a Black fuzzy smudge. I realized that this was my blanket, and and when I tried to move it out of the way it wouldn't go away. So I kind of just ignored it and tried getting up. When I tried getting up I moved like at 1 mph though. Now this happened to me the first time I but I don't know why, its rather frustrating to be honest.

When I tried getting up after realizing that I was dreaming I moved so damn slow, like if I was a sloth or something. I even questioned myself as to why the heck I was getting up so slowly, but I still move at the same pace! Anyway, after FINALLY getting up off my bed, everything was still blurry so I tried to focus it by looking at the wall, however when I did this noticed that I was grabbing something, my hands didn't have anything on them but I was holding something fuzzy.

As I was feeling and trying to make out what it was, I realized it was that damn blanket that was on top of my real sleeping self. So I closed my eyes and started spinning around telling myself I was going to appear in an open field of flowers, expecting the smudge in my vision and the blurriness to go away. When I did this I woke up though, and lo and behold, that stoopid blanket was on top of my face covering the bottom corner of my eye. Made me QQ, rage quit, and just get up.

So my question is, is it possible that there is a point in which the dream gets mixed in with the waking world? Like when in the dream I knew that my real self in the waking world was asleep and that there was a blanket on top of me, and I knew that I was trying to wild, but I also felt like I was still laying there in my bed when I was standing up. It's kind of hard to explain, but has this ever happened to anyone?

Also, how would you guys go about the whole getting up slow thing, could it be that I was not fully asleep? I feel like I'm getting closer and closer to a full blown LD, because this time it lasted longer than the last and I actually got up out of my bed. It's just that those little things are roadblocking it up for me. Could it be that it wasn't even an LD at all?
