Stephen LaBerge has a few trance induction audios that help to set up your next lucid dream. Im away from home right now and not on my computer and can't recall the name of them but search his name on a torrent site and see what comes up. Reply on here if you cant find any and ill remember and look in a few days. If you're looking for a trance like state then there's nothing wrong with some good old meditation. Get comfy, control your breathing, breathe in and out of your nose through your belly, let gravity work its magic on your muscles and don't follow any trails of thought your mind is producing. I don't know exactly what you're after meaning self hypnosis but the meditation oasis podcast on itunes has a deep rest guided meditation that will mellow the mind of anyone. Also could try iso-tones.com that use isochronic tones to alter your brain activity, range from energetic to sleepy to meditative and creative states of mind, they ven have a few specific lucid dreaming ones. Hope these help, be sure and let me know. |
