Yes, i agree. You also dream in non-REM but more than 70% of your dreams occur in REM. |

As dreams CAN occur in any stage of the night, that would mean lucidity could as well, HOWEVER the quality would be something that could be debated, and to another extent, how much you could remember would be of question as well, We mainly dream in REM sleep as pointed out above, Sleep Cycles last 90 minutes approx, and we have much more REM time after a few hours of sleep. |

I think non-REM dreams are less vivid and shorter. Lucid dreams in them are also generally speaking, less stable. Don't quote me on that, though. Can someone clarify this? |
