      Welcome to DV :3
This is a great site ! I recommend you start off with a dream journal, and practicing MIlD.
You should read on the DV Wiki, and it will tell you about all the techniques.
This is a super friendly site, so just ask away if you have any questions ~

yes Erii i have a questions..first of all thanks for your reply & kindness.. my question: in LD is it possible to intent to dream of a particular persons known or not yet seen and have to say things or messages to him/her? i have this "shyness" issues can i just tell the persons via dreamland my messages instead of talking to them personally in wakingland? will the target persons get my messages or feelings?
      is it possible. just asking..

      Hi there my friend,
First of all, welcome to dream views! Anyways, You're probably talking about dream sharing wherein you connect with another person's dream and able to explore the dream land together. It's kinda like the "online-mode" or "multiplayer-mode" in the field of lucid dreaming. But take note that dream-sharing is not yet proven to exist. So it's possible that it's just a myth. For now, I think you can fix your shyness issue through lucid dreaming. Inside a lucid dream, you can summon dream characters and make them so realistic that they are more realistic than their real-life counterparts. Then you can try socializing with them to practice your social skills. Hope this helps

I agree lucid dreaming is an extremely useful way to get to know yourself and inturn work on specific issues. The dream Journal is the key, if u don't already have one starting one is the first and I believe the most important step into self discovery.
      Sweet Dreams!!
