      help me wild

Ok I was attempting to wild while listening to Marconi union weightless to help me relax now I listened to it twice and I think my body went numb I'm not sure so I listened to it twice more ( 8 Mi.s long each time) I didn't see any HH images so I gave up. What might i be doing wrong? And also I know for wild u have to lay completely still but sometimes my fingers give an Invouantary twitch does this reset my Internal timer and if it does how can I stop my fingers

      Hi there, matt14243,
First of all welcome to Dreamviews. Keep in mind that not everyone experiences HH. I had periods where I would experience it, and periods without it. First of all, when do you try your WILD attempts? If you are WILDing right as you go to bed, this can be alot more difficult. To WILD, you must be very close to a REM period and as REM takes approximately 90 minutes to get into from first sleep, you may be left laying in bed for a FAIR while.
As for your finger twitch, don't worry about it. Carry on as if your finger never twitched at all. I know this can be difficult when the movement's really big, but do your best. Also, if you're doing an afternoon nap WILD, do some yoga/stretches before your attempt. This will help you relax your body and you can get into SP quicker. During this time, you should also do some mental relaxation aswell.
If you've got any other questions, don't hesitate to ask them ^_^

      Good luck!

Generally, it's recommended that you have about 3-4 hours of prior sleep (maybe because REM periods last longer throughout the night). But when you WBTB and WILD, it may take you up to 30 minutes to get into the dream (4.5 hours approx for next REM period). Try and wake yourself up to the right about before you go back to sleep
