I'm not really sure what you are trying to ask. If you are actually trying to wake up, you can try "going to sleep" within the dream.

      Hi there my friend,
There's actually a lot of ways to wake up from a dream. Killing yourself is a good and easy way to wake up. Grab a gun and shoot your head. I'm sure you'll be awake the very moment you pull the trigger. Use your imagination, there are tons of ways out there to wake up. Hope this helps and feel free to ask more questions

Closing my eyes will normally do the trick, for me. I block out my dream senses, and try to feel my real body back in bed. Be wary of false awakenings. They are very common when I try to force myself to wake up.

I actually burn my self in a dream because a demon was telling me ugly things and I thought burning my self I would wake up and I did.
