Sounds like coincidence to me... |

sometimes in my dreams, I'm about to eat. For example, I was dreaming about Nachos a while back. Right before i was bout to put some in my mouth to eat, my friend Jake woke me up in his sleep... It's happened on other occasions although i don't remember every one. |

I feel that some dreams are designed like that: when you don't get what you want. I hate those; they're very disappointing. |

It's your subconscious's new diet program! |
|
Stay away from unhealthy foods in your dreams.. It's your subconsious telling you to start having a more healthy diet |
|
Waking up to food, uh? Maybe you don't know what to expect the flavor to be, so you end waking yourself up subconciously? Except when its someone else <.< |

This has happened to me before, |

Ugh! This is most of my dreams! I never get to the good part! Or, there are many dreams that are bland, with no good part on the horizon. I think this happens to lots of people, and eating the food is the "good" part. I know what you're talking about! Like, I'd start to eat cake in a LD, and I have A BITE. I wasn't too excited, trust me! I have had many LD's, and don't get excited in them, just saying. If I do get to eat in my dreams, I either do it quickly, or get a bite, so, we're in the same boat |

If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

I would guess that your physical body is hungry, maybe that's why you ate in the dream, and that triggered you to wake up and eat something for real, but it could be anything. |
