Why is sleeping for 5-6 hours before attempting to WILD important? Is there any possible way of doing it without that much sleep beforehand? I'm asking because I share a room with my sister, and I can't set an alarm clock to wake me up in the middle of the night, because it'll wake her up too (maybe even everyone in my house). I've gotten myself to wake up during the night by telling myself to before I fall asleep, but nowadays I'm way too tired to get up that way. Should I just stop trying to WILD and try other methods? |
