      Hi and welcome to dreamviews
What do you mean you cant do anything in your dreams other than dream? Some more info would be good, not much to go of there.. Who is this person and what relation do you have with them? What things in particular does this person make you do?

QuietFox, I am quiet confused. You think that someone is going into your dream (via telepathically) and making you have terrible dreams? What makes you think its that and not just an average nightmare? Can you try to give us more insight maybe? Like for example when did this started? ect. The for information we have the more we can help.

Yes i do believe she is entering my dreams, and yes i cant tell if im not just dreaming this up. I can't 'wake up' In my dreams. i've tried to have lucid dreams before, but i haven't really put much effort other than keeping a journal.

She is or was a friend i use to hang out with, but i quit hangin with her because she was 'weird' Mostly because i thought she was using my dreams for whatever reason she wanted. I never confronted her about it cause i was more afraid that she would do something. I've asked for help before and was told to break off all connection and that would make it stop if she really was doing this.

I've looked into dream signs and stuff to see what the common symptoms are for things like, being naked in a dream, or seeing parts of myself mutilated. This is usually what happens when i see her or around the time when i see her. What all can someone do who is a master at this kind of stuff? Last dream i had she made me take a pill, i cant remember how it tasted but i ran to the sink to throw up. I cant remember everything that happens tho... I looked in the mirror and saw my father being chewed out by one of her friends. So i threw him down and started punching them. Asking things like why? And getting a response about people not being able to live their lives because of limitations/restrictions put on them by society? Like im going crazy!
I had my suspicions but when once i tried to stay focused on her while she was asking me some questions. Its like she can tell when im conscious cause she'll say something like ".... and a distraction" then something bizarre will happen. Like a car completely decked out in flashing lights or they just walk into a room that i didnt see before and then their gone like that. Thats when i started to believe she wasn't just another dream character.

DreamingLife, my personal opinion is that you are just having a reoccurring nightmare. You seem to keep thinking she can really do this and worrying about it and it turns into a nightmare. To believe in this you have to believe in shared dreaming and many people on here tried shared dreaming and it never works. If you look in the beyond dreaming section and look up the shared dreaming topics it almost always results in failure. Just ask any of the other members.

So you have a better chance at winning the california lottery three times in a row then that happening. I really hope you find comfort in those numbers, they are astronomical. I am not sure how to stop the reoccurring nightmares though as that isn't my specialty. Hope this information helps you.

Thank you for the insight. I'm already feeling alot better. Its just happened over the years and this person was well, they were kinda 'weird' But if what you say is true than its just been my own fears. MUCH better than an outside source. I can deal with this accordingly rather than trying to fight something that isn't real. Thanks Chief.

I agree with above, its just a nightmare, you can use this to your advantage, make an affirmation that you only see this person in your dreams, you will confront her etc.
I used to have a recurring dream as kid that this women in red would chase me everywhere, litterally everywhere. It aggrivated me to the point i made my mum buy a Dreamcatcher, whether its placebo or not from that night on - I never saw her again. Now im older i wish i could find her again and see what she wanted..
Just remember, theres nothing to be afraid of unless you believe there is.
