Thread: Vivid dreams are not new - Someone with problems

Hello,

I have many issues with vivid and lucid dreams. I can control them to an extent, but if I have a grossly negative dream, it will pervade and ruin my day. My past memories are heavily written into my subconscious.

When I fall asleep, I am torn between looking forward to my dream adventures and dreading the culmination itself. That said, I view subconscious evolution as a valuable tool of human understanding. So as I share my own dreams here, I view the feedback as legitimate.
