      Cool Hi

      Hi, My name is Shawn. I am from brooklyn New York. I am new to these forums and new to the concepts/practices of Lucid Dreaming and OBE's. I discovered them about 3 days ago, and since then have read several books and watch several videos and have downloaded many ebooks. I have done all the research I can and now here I am.
      Although inexperienced, my knowledge is great. I am a very controversial person and recently became infatuated with the topics of "LD's" and "OBE's".

      I have not have an OBE nor a LD (yet). But I have only attempted (anything) twice and my attempts was more to access my subconscious upon awakening and remember my dreams (which I havent done in years). Last night/this morning was Day 2 and when I woke up today I remembered two dreams (which I jotted in my Dream Journal). I think for Night/Day 2 thats a start.

      Anyway hi everyone.

      Hi and welcome to DV! Now OBE's aren't scientifically proven, although Lucid Dreams are. Keep that motivation up and also your confidence and you might achieve a DILD I find that setting up tasks and visualizing doing them helps alot. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
