Can someone help explain this?

Ok well to make things kind of clear, I have anxiety problems, and depression, I'm extreamly afraid of getting sick ( puking ) well i have these dreams where i get sick, and i feel the motions, see everything, feel everything. could that just be because im afraid of getting sick or is there like another reason i keep getting these dreams, once i have them its hard for me to go back to sleep bc it kicks my anxiety in the butt and makes me have an attack or im just afraid to fall back asleep... help??

Hi there, Damon. I also used to suffer from anxiety. Whenever anxiety kicks in, the best advice I can give you is breathe. Stabalising your breathing is so important when it comes to anxiety. When you freak out, you tend to hold your breath, suffocating your brain from oxygen. Try to avoid that. First, breathe. The next thing you want to do is calm down and relax. From there on you can practically just sleep normally. Good luck
