Get some confidence! You gotta be confident and believe you're a pro lucid dreamer! Like the others said, the sleep schedule can be a hinderence but it could also be a benefit. If you get short periods of sleep, like naps, that could be helpful. A lot of people change their schedule to weird things like that, and I've heard the dreaming is great.
