I've had probably close to 20 Lucid dreams now, so I'm not completely new to this, but I still have some questions. This morning I had my first WILD (after a lot of effort), but I still ran into some problems. These would be tremendously easier and quicker to explain and discuss in a conversation over skype, but if anyone can help here, I'll try and write most of them down.

1) Sometimes when I attempt to WILD, I can lay in bed close to an hour, but not achieve sleep paralysis. Am I keeping my mind too active, or am I too focused on trying to achieve and recognise SP? How do I avoid this?

2) While attempting to achieve SP, sometimes parts of my body (usually my hands) will begin to tingle and feel as if they're vibrating, which is what I imagine SP sort of feels like, but it feels as if when I notice it, it begins to fade. Why is this? Am I becoming too excited and warding off SP? I've managed to have that sensation across my whole body before, so I know what it can/is supposed to feel like. This can happen multiple times in a session.

3) In quite a few of my previous attempts, I've fallen asleep unconsciously before becoming lucid/entering SP. I've read about various methods but haven't had too much luck with monotonous tasks such as counting or monitoring breathing. What works for you, or is a good task that stimulates the mind, but not too much to keep me completely awake?

4) I've read recently about more and more people who switch positions after trying to WILD for awhile, to complete the transition. When in my WILD attempt is it best to do this, and how do I recognise it?

To anyone who can help, thankyou. If you can, please PM me and I will give you my skype username to add so we can have short convo
