Request for 5-10 minute skype call with experienced WILDer!

I've had probably close to 20 Lucid dreams now, so I'm not completely new to this, but I still have some questions. This morning I had my first WILD (after a lot of effort), but I still ran into some problems. These would be tremendously easier and quicker to explain and discuss in a conversation over skype, but if anyone can help here, I'll try and write most of them down.

      1) Sometimes when I attempt to WILD, I can lay in bed close to an hour, but not achieve sleep paralysis. Am I keeping my mind too active, or am I too focused on trying to achieve and recognise SP? How do I avoid this?

      2) While attempting to achieve SP, sometimes parts of my body (usually my hands) will begin to tingle and feel as if they're vibrating, which is what I imagine SP sort of feels like, but it feels as if when I notice it, it begins to fade. Why is this? Am I becoming too excited and warding off SP? I've managed to have that sensation across my whole body before, so I know what it can/is supposed to feel like. This can happen multiple times in a session.

      3) In quite a few of my previous attempts, I've fallen asleep unconsciously before becoming lucid/entering SP. I've read about various methods but haven't had too much luck with monotonous tasks such as counting or monitoring breathing. What works for you, or is a good task that stimulates the mind, but not too much to keep me completely awake?

      4) I've read recently about more and more people who switch positions after trying to WILD for awhile, to complete the transition. When in my WILD attempt is it best to do this, and how do I recognise it?

To anyone who can help, thankyou. If you can, please PM me and I will give you my skype username to add so we can have short convo

      1) You should check out Jeff's free fall method which i'll link later in the post
      2) You need to let yourself really relax. You could try the flex-freeze relaxation method before your WILD attempt which means you tense each body part's muscle for a few seconds and then release. SP mostly feels like.. nothing. As if your body has faded away; you might even wonder what position your body's in now.
      3) You could try V-WILD, which means you just visualize pretty much from the second you lay down. You needn't go into immense detail with the visualisations, just do what feels comfortable. When you transition over into the dream, your mind will fill in the "empty" parts that you didn't put conscious detail into.
      4) For me, once I feel tingling, I would roll over and then repeat the process of everything I'd just done. If you find yourself lying in the same spot for 10 minutes without feeling much progress in going into SP, you can roll over then, too.

I don't really use skype, but you can PM me in chat. I'm on almost during all times of the day. Timezones shouldn't be a problem as I see you're also from Australia. You could also PM me on the forums.

Well, keep in mind you have to fall asleep in order to WiLD obviously. I'm not sure if you're trying to WiLD in a position you don't normally fall asleep in, usually side sleepers have some problems performing WiLD techniques while laying on their back. You may not notice it, but your body may not be comfortable/relaxed enough to fall asleep.

Roll over a short amount of time after you would usually fall asleep without performing any techniques.
If you're a person who falls asleep after laying down for 10 minutes on average, try to roll over every 20ish.

Keeping your mind active is ok; it's getting your body comfortable.
