see what im looking at in real life but controlling my body in a dream?

Okay so a couple nights ago I had a dream where everything started out as just a normal dream, i was outside playing basketball and I tripped and fell then rolled over onto my back.I was looking up at my basketball hoops rim and the sky above me. Then all of a sudden the scene changed and I was looking at a portion of my ceiling fan and my ceiling but it was a weird scene part of the top right of my field of vision was black then then suddenly i was staring back at the hoop and sky scene above me when i tried to get up off the cement driveway but my body wouldn't let me. Then all of a sudden i was looking at the ceiling fan scene, but here's where it gets really weird. Even while i was looking at the ceiling I could still feel me laying down on the driveway underneath so i attempted get up and i did. Not being able to see where i was going because of the ceiling fan scene, I was walking around the yard blindly bumping into things and stumbling over unknown objects then I ran into the basketball hoop pole and it was just as painful as if it was in real life. Suddenly I was back in my bed and now fully conscience, I realized that what i saw in the dream was what i was looking at in real life, and the reason i could only see a portion of my ceiling fan was because i had my right arm over my face covering my right eye. Please tell me what you think happened, thanks -Ben
