1st time poster longtime lurker lol. Anyways I have been having some pretty random vivid dreams the past few mornings. I use to smoke marijuana on a daily basis but herd doing so is bad for REM and recall so I have cut back to only on the weekends and I do like the results it brought. This morning I did the WBTB method, woke up from about 6 hours of sleep, popped 2 galantamind's and 500 mg of choline, stayed up for about 10 mins or so reading this site and went back to sleep. I then started to do the MILD technique and fell asleep...my 1st dream I was in a park of some sorts with chairs and tables lined i was in a suit and everyone else was dress formally. It appears I'm about to get married to my friend, which would NEVER happen in reality, but that didn't trigger that I was dreaming....so that bring me to my question...what other steps can I so I can become lucid? Right now I usually do the MILD technique before bed, I do daily "reality checks" am I missing something? Any help would be most awesome!
