You might try a wake back to bed (WBTB). Set your alarm to go off after you've had about six hours of sleep. When it goes off, get up and move around a little (not too much- you want to be able to fall back asleep afterwards). Stay awake for maybe half an hour, then go back to bed and try to WILD. No need to remember not to move with this technique. |

Welcome! I should tell you that you can start with pretty much anything to like, but do something that fits you. If you choose a technique for effectiveness only, and it doesn't fit your way of life, then it ends up becoming a bother to lucid dream, and that is a killer to motivation and thus to lucid dreaming.
