I've always had LD and i have had OBEE since i was 14 (3 years ago)...I like this kind of forum cause i think that sharing dreams could be a good way to understand our mind... I've problems with recalling the semi lucid dreams but i think a diary could solve it ( i'm very lazy and i'm too tired to write anything when i wake up

but now i will try seriously)

Did you aim for LDs when you were 14 or did you start having them spontaneously? How many LDs have you had?

At 14 my father told me about his OBEEs experience and since i've heard about it i started having them... I don't remember when i started having LD i've always had since i can remember even if they increased when i was about 13-14 now i have LD or OOBE 2-3 a week. I have had hundred of them but i can remember just 15-20 because i've never had a dream diary (now i will start)

It's great you are natural. Are your LDs stable without special stabilization? How much can you control them? Do you have both DILDs and WILDs?

i have a good control (fly, going through wall, summoning object or people and so on) but the lenght depends by my mood and other factors, i've developed some personal methdos to keep the awarness (to fall on the back for ex) then i've found some book and forum like this... Normally i become lucid immediatly after falling asleep sometimes with OBEE other with LD it depends. Sometimes i become lucid in a normal dream but usually i enter directly aware...
