      Luicid Dreams by Sleep Paralysis

Hi Everyone! I have been suffering from Sleep Paralysis for years. Then I heard about Lucid Dreaming. Now, instead of being awake and trapped in my body, I have learned to harness the wakefulness and have lucid dreams. Has anyone achieved them this way?

This is how I first learned to lucid dream, too I used to have terrible bouts of sleep paralysis. Many of them them spontaneously turned into lucid dreams or OBEs. Eventually I figured out how to make it happen.

I've had OBEs this way, but not lucids. I had my first one by chance before I started getting sleep paralysis. That's cool that you've managed to use it this way, though. Usually when I have SP I'm still a little too delirious to do anything with it. Unlike most people, I actually hallucinate myself moving for a few seconds then snap back to my body over and over, so instead of just feeling trapped and frightened I just get extremely confused.

      And welcome to the forum!
