Hello my name is Lateef, and I recently found out about lucid dreaming. Since I was a child I always loved dreaming; and it has always been an excitement for me knowing that I am able to dream about something every night. I have always been able to remember my dreams, but I never really jotted them down---so I decided to start composing a dream journal to record my dreams. Since then I guess I can say I was using a technique with for lucid dreaming, because now that I had my dream journal I reminded myself every night that I wanted to dream. I love my dreams and I can remember them---but I noticed that they were kind of. Blurry. I begin to do research on the Internet to find solutions that can make my dreams become more vivid---it was then that I stumbled upon lucid dreams. I found amazing how I can be able to control my own dreams!! And knowing that I guess I can say that I can work on making my dreams more vivid as well. After reading up on lucid dreams, an watching YouTube vids lol---I came here, and I now make it my mission to master my dreams!!!

welcome Lateef! you have to the right place, this is probably the best site on the net for lucid dreaming. you are on the right path always keep a dream journal, and dream recall is the most important foundation for lucid dreaming.
