      I Need Help!

      Okay I can now remeber every single one of my dreams every night....but i still cant seem to get lucid...ive tried WBTB and WILD...and ive been checking if im asleep everyday it just isnt working? in suggestions?

      Have you tried starting a dream journal yet? That's really the first, and possibly most important step. It's not just for dream recall...starting one can help you identify dream signs whereby increasing your chances of attaining lucidity.

      I think you shouldn't hunt lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming is rather normal and common thing then abnormal, and if you too exited to lucid dream, then you will never lucid dream. How ever I think you may find it too weird, because when it happens to you your whole body changes and when it happens you may get scared of the unknown. Being scared means being excited. But its normal I used to be scared. The important thing is to not concentrate on the process of going in to the lucid but concentrate on the relaxation and don't think of going in to the lucid dream.
