      N00b on the board :D

      Hey guys,

as you may guessed, I am new here. I dont really know what to write down here, but i think the reason why I want to lucid dream is a good way.
And sorry for my bad english.

There are many reasons, why I want to be able to lucid dream. The most interesting one for me is, that you can spend your time with training in your sleeping time. I do martial arts, and I heard, that the right hemisphere, which is the half, that is provided for the movements and creative parts, gets way more stimulated in your dreams and also saves the experiences, you do in your dreams.
The next reason is, because doing crazy things like flying, etc. are much cooler than sleeping and forgetting about it
As you see, my interest lies in efficiently using the time, I usually do nothing.

      Hey there, Qnkad! Welcome
Many people join because they enjoy doing things which they cannot do. The physics (which is non-existent) of the dream world is quite great Be sure to check out http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/ written by Puffin and choose an induction technique. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to PM me Good luck!

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

      Oh, thank you! (:
Wasnt exspecting that the people are so helpful, here.
I have already read some of the tutorial-threads, but Im a bit confused about the differences between DILD and WILD (is the only difference the time, you start to try getting into the dream?)
Also, did I write down some of my experiences in this thread: /f12/how-shall-i-move-130043/#post1852288

Yeah, that is essentially the difference. WILD means Wake Induced Lucid Dream which means from waking state, you go straight into the dream. DILD means Dream Induced Lucid Dream i.e. you are in the dream already and then you realise 'oh, this is a dream' Hope that clears it up

      Welcome to DreamViews Qnkad!
Hope your stay here is long and pleasant, if you have any questions there are many people on here that are willing to answer anything.
I suggest giving the Dream Journal on here a try, it's useful for remembering and recalling dreams, which can help with achieving lucidity over time.
It's also fun to read what other people dream about!
