Your problem is fairly common, from what I've heard, so no need to be concerned or anything. When I engage in sex in a dream, it usually ends after about 20 seconds... So I really don't waste Lucid Experiences on this for asaid reasons.

P.S. Not to be a meanie or anything, but "lucid reaming" is something differently entirely. Basically, it's being consciously aware that you are squeezing fruits for juices... Though, depending on which "Fruits" we're talking about, this could have been a Freudian Slip.
