      Good morning!

      Wassup I´m Irkus and i live spain

      I´m another noob who start with lucid dreaming, now i´m reading ``Exploring lucid dreaming´´
      I hope here i learn more about lucid dreams

      Hi and welcome to DV!

      That's a great book! If you mean the one by LaBerge. Anyways, there's a ton of good tutorials on this site, some that are actually more fine tuned than what's in the book. In here you can also get advice and tips on how to achieve lucidity, so put the book down and browse

      Check out the DVA Current Courses and see if there's a class you'd like. I suggest either DILD which is individually adapted or Intro which is great for newbies.

      Matte pretty much summed it up, you should definitely check out our DILD section in the DVA (:!
      A good way to start lucid dreaming is to work on your dream recall, so get making a dream journal now!
